E-Commerce Shipping Policies
It is our priority to get your order to you as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality and accuracy. As soon as you place your order, we send it to our warehouse for processing and shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process. We do not offer weekend shipping, so orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend are not processed until early the following week.
Shipping methods can be chosen at checkout with options via USPS or FedEx for standard, overnight, local pickup and international where applicable. Please be sure to only select “Local Pickup” if you are in the Phoenix, Arizona area and are able to pickup your package in person. Our office location is 7701 E Gray Rd, Suit 104, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
Your shipping and handling charges will be calculated based on zone, weight, dimensions and packaging cost.
International Shipping Policies
We are happy to provide a low-cost international shipping option through the United States Postal Service (USPS). However, the USPS service comes with absolutely no guarantees of delivery times or tracking services. We will be unable to help locate a package once it has left our shipping department and we are not responsible for the delivery of the package if it is lost in transit. All risk is assumed by the customer.
International shipments are strongly advised to ship via FedEx in order to avoid delays and to allow tracking through the entire process of shipping.
With customers all around the world, we send our products everywhere. While orders are dispatched within 2 business days, we cannot control delivery time taken by mail couriers. Packages can get stuck in customs for weeks or longer. Please be aware that we don’t have control over these delays.
All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We may insure international shipment at our discretion. If a package is lost in transit you may be required to fill out an insurance form in order to receive replacement items.
We accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 30 days of your purchase. You are required to pay for return shipping of return and exchange items.
We will repair or replace items due to manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase. We will refund up to $10 for the cost of shipping once the cause of the defect is confirmed.
